CLINTON FAÇADE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM:
The Town of Clinton offers a financial incentive to assist property owners and tenants of commercial buildings with grants to reimburse renovation expenses that improve the exterior conditions of their facilities, including building façades or site improvements.
The goal of the program is to encourage small businesses to stay competitive and support a vibrant streetscape.
A Design Workbook is provided below to aid businesses in creating a new vision for their property.
All applications must be submitted to the Town Manager’s office for consideration. There is not deadline for applications. Applications will be taken on a rolling basis until funding is exhausted.
