About Social Services
We provide services to all town residents including:

  • Disabled
  • Elderly
  • Families
  • Homeless
  • Students
  • Veterans
  • single men and women

Available Services
Clients are assessed to determine which services are most appropriate, and may include one or more of the following:

  • Campership/Solicitud de Beca de Campamento assistance for children
  • Emergency Assistance (e.g. Salvation Army, Homelessness Prevention Fund)
  • Energy Assistance
  • Head Start
  • Husky healthcare for children
  • Medicaid (Title 19)
  • Medicare Savings Plan (MSP)
  • Renter’s Tax Relief Program (Rent Rebate)
  • Saga (State General Assistance)
  • SNAP (Food Stamps)
  • Soldiers’, Sailors’, and Marines’ Fund
  • Special needs of seniors 60 and over through the Muir Trust, an account established through a bequest by a Clinton resident
  • Summer Youth Employment program for teenagers
  • Veterans benefits
