TOWN OF CLINTON

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOVEMBER 01, 2017 AT 6:30 PM

 

The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Clinton will hold a public hearing at the Andrews Memorial Town Hall, 54 East Main Street, Clinton, Connecticut, on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at 6:30 PM, pursuant to Connecticut General Statues Section 7-163e, to hear and consider comments on the sale of real property of the Town of Clinton known generally as 112 Glenwood Road, map reference 53/46/163 pursuant to a contract for such with Susan and Peter Gaeta, all as approved by the Board of Selectmen and Board of Finance.  A copy of the contract of sale is on file in the office of the town clerk for inspection.

All interested parties may attend and be heard.
